1. About Ozii

Ozii is an AI-powered voice agent platform operated by Apposia Teknoloji A.Ş., a technology company registered in Turkey. Ozii enables businesses (such as restaurants, clinics, and hotels) to handle incoming phone calls automatically using AI voice agents.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using any Ozii-powered service — including calling a business powered by Ozii or visiting ozii.ai — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

3. SMS Communications

When you interact with an Ozii-powered voice agent, you may receive a one-time transactional SMS message (such as an order confirmation or payment link).

• Opt-in: By continuing your call after the AI agent informs you that an SMS will be sent, you verbally consent to receive that message.
• Message frequency: One SMS per call interaction. No recurring or marketing messages.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out. You will not receive further messages after opting out.
• Help: Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance, or contact us at contact@ozii.ai.
• Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

4. Use of the Platform

Businesses using Ozii agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not use Ozii to send unsolicited or marketing SMS messages to end users.
• Ensure their AI agent configurations accurately represent their business and services.
• Take responsibility for the accuracy of information provided to customers through Ozii.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on ozii.ai and within the Ozii platform are the property of Apposia Teknoloji A.Ş. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ozii and Apposia Teknoloji A.Ş. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any AI-generated content. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Privacy

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using Ozii, you agree to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL with the updated date shown at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
