Ozii is an AI-powered voice agent platform operated by Apposia Teknoloji A.Ş. that enables businesses (such as restaurants, clinics, and hotels) to handle incoming phone calls automatically. When a customer calls an Ozii-powered business, the AI voice agent takes the order or request and informs the customer that a one-time transactional SMS will be sent to their phone number. Only transactional messages are sent — no marketing messages.

Your phone number is collected solely to deliver the transactional SMS related to your interaction with the business.
